After loading into a map, the game will periodically stutter, with additional stutter generated while moving the camera.
The first graph was generated after loading into a map and not moving the camera.
The second was generated after loading into a map and moving the camera around while zooming in and out.

Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070, running the game in exclusive fullscreen on DX11, using CapFrameX to capture frame times.

I have the same issue, also on ryzen 5600x with Rtx2080ti and 16 GB ram. Running on Samsung 960 Evo m.2 SSD. Dx11 exclusive full screen mode (but issue exists in all display modes).
