Skirmishers not getting +50% on 'Hostile Lands'

Its suppose to be one of the features but it doesnt register, making the map much harder. If you click on the units even in combat, its normal damage.

This happened to me too. I tested both in combat with neutral enemies, and with "foes" (an enemy team) -- my skirmishers never got any extra combat damage.

Same, I was playing as a different clan and my friend was playing snake.
Was working for him but not for me, then 30 minutes into the extreme it started working out of the blue.
