Game Freezing

Good Afternoon, Been having an issues with the game freezing when I play on multiplayer. Seems to be when the seasons change between Fall and Winter and Winter to Spring as well as any events for example earthquakes/ghosts/raids. And them sometimes it even happens at what I think are random times. Been having this issue for about 3 or 4 months. I have tried reducing my graphics settings to the lowest and it still happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, validated files on steam. I dont have issues with other games and my cpu has really great specs. I will attach my cpu specs. I really appreciate any help!

Same issue, I clicked on the View Diplomacy tab in a huge map, 805. No events I don't think.
