Rat - Deplete mine and Dwarf task

As clan Rat I have an area where a depleted iron mine exists. Later in the game the Dwarf challenge starts and I move miners into the area where the deplete iron mine exists and a new redstone spawned. I cannot use the existing mine to mine the redstone. I have to destroy it first and then it will work correctly. This happened on a Rat conquest mission. I tried assigning new miners and using existing miners without success. Win10, OpenGL. This is reproducible on any map.

I also had this bug, also as rat. Could not mine gemstone. Have not had the quest happen again since, unknown if reproduceable.
