Lagging from the start of the game only in multiplayer, so I can not play multi game at all

This issue started to happen two days ago, brutally. And it was lagging sometimes, occasionally within last year, but much rare and and not so enormous.

1. Any multiplayer game, public or ranked
2. Windows 10
3. DirectX
4. Just lags, for example, when you click to move unit, it responds in a second or milliseconds.

I Tried to run=>cmd=>tracert northgard european servers to check if I have issues with my internet provider, but no, provider is fine - please check the attachment. As you can see, belpak.by speed was fine.

The problem is still the same. Every time while it's happening I check my internet connection, my comp stats, but all fine from my side.
