"Chapter 4 - Trade War" achievement from Rig's saga wasn't unlocked uppon completion on "Hard" dificulty.

1. Solo
2. Windows 10 - 64bits - steam
3. OpenGL

I have replayed the chapter 4 and the achievement correctly unlocked, therefore I don't known if the problem is easy or even possible to reproduce.
