Thane achievement bug on steam

I have finished the Thane expedition (for 50 victories in non-story) but the achievement did not unlock in Steam.

The number of victories are still being updated for the achievement (currently 72/50).

Here is some additional info:
1- Mode -> Solo / Conquest
2- OS -> Windows 10
3- Game running on -> DirectX
4- I happened to unlocked the Thane achievement in steam but now the Jarl achievement suddenly bumped up to 134 victories and I did not played that many games. Steam seems to be counting right but the expedition card is not. The bugs is happening when a Steam achievement is unlocked for number of victory, it strangely messes up the in-game counter by adding victories.
