game locking up

After buying all of the clan dlc the game gets stuck in the budling the map stage after setting up a custom game or a normal game was stuck there for 15 mins 4 different time and i can no longer play the game

I gave u almost all of this information already but system is windows 11, happens with the horse clan and the deer clan as per the pic I uploaded it just stays in the load screen until I close the game
