Halvard does not proc Mjlonir skill

Hi Atreus,

There is some condition to allow Halvard to trigger a lightning
- Take the military path Leadership
- Have 500 military experiences to unlock the second level
- Have at least one military unit forged

With all this condition I can see the lightning trigger.
