After getting 100% relations and bonus trade route, I often see additional faction message popups. In this photo you can see "neutral with kobolds" faction popup while I have 100% and green ✓.
Is the 'counter' for faction still ticking and rolling over again? 0->100->0->100?
Makes no sense.
