No Room for Forage Post on Fertile Land

I claimed a fertile land tile in a singleplayer game and it has a runestone in the middle of it leaving no room to place a forage post (as in everywhere on the tile is red when trying to place it).
1- Singleplayer with AI
2- Windows 11
3- Unknown, I just started the game
4- Game Mode Northgard, Difficulty Easy, Generation Random, Game Type Tundra, Clans 8, Map Size Huge, Victory Conditions All, Seed 997614323, Version 3.2.22.34491. Fertile land tile at the top right of the map.
