Couldnt start a ranked game with my premade

Ranked game, Europe, WIndows. DirectX. Invited my friend, mode 3v3, server Europe, click search. I get no place in the lobby kind of error, then an actual error appears, stating <image bellow> and i get either crashed if i click exit, or the next error appears on continuing
