Map Creator Keeps Crashing

Whenever I enter map creator and do 1 or 2 things the game freezes, doesn't matter what or how I'm doing in creator it just keeps freezing and wont' respond.
My operating system is windows 10.
Running the game on DirectX
The map size is Huge.
