Ghost lobby / lobby is full

Win 11 > Direct X > Solo > Multiplayer > 3v3 (no clue what triggers this bug but it happens often)
Often when I try to play 3v3 ranked I'll get a big pop up with "Lobby is Full" and when I exit said pop-up I get placed into a 0/6 ghost lobby, this seems to be entirely random when it happens and will keep happening no matter how many times in a row I try to search for a game. I've even lost 10GP with the new update because of it so apparently I'm joining lobbies but I can't see it? Restarting the game or even restarting steam doesn't remove the bug.
