Bonus for attack power vs Draugar/Fallen Valkyrie does not stack

I already had the Bonus for +50% attack power, and then I started a new mission to get the Bonus for another +100% attack power. However, when I enter a territory with Draugar, I only have the +50%. I should have +150%.
