Mission "No Gods Or Masters" Military learning broken with Owl clan

in Coop conquest Bear-Owl, the mission "No Gods Or Masters" has an issue with the lore tree. The military lore branch seems to be tied to military XP, so it stops increasing when XP reaches 3000, making it impossible to access the higher knowledge like Monster Slayer.
This is especially a problem because building military buildings uses that XP. so It should be unlimited for that mission.
