Notification Spam + Gayants Hounds bug?

Also, in the same conquest level we noticed that Gayants don't give resources to the Hounds even with Living Legends, I don't know if this is by design.

Was just playing a Conquest as the Lions with my husband with me as host as the Lions. We got to about year 2 and suddenly we got a notification repeating endlessly saying "[Horse] and [Rat] have formed an alliance of convenience."

I believe I run the game with DirectX, and I'm on Windows 11.

I did unfortunately quit game before thinking to get the pause screen information.
