[Minor Visual Bug] Commercial Influence Breakdown shows wrong numbers

The breakdown in the tooltip top left shows +4 = +4 -2, while it should actually show +4 = +6 -2 since I currently have a Great Traderoute with +6 Influence running.
Mode: Story, Chapter 4
Clan: Stag (with 'Glory of the Clan')
Ingame Date: Year 4 - June
Fame: ~444
OS: Windows 10, DirectX
