Owl clan in bifrost cannot work the rewarded twigs correctly

In bifrost game,when I got a rewarded twig like "No need irons for forging tool upgrade",and I set it into my allie's area,although the game shows they don't need any iron,yet when they forge,it still cosumes the iron,and while they don't have it,simply just cannot forge
Hope these could be fix
