Bug report on buffs in Bifrost mode

2 people playing bifrost mode, I colonized the beacon and get +2 people/+4 room buff. In the next map, my teammate experienced game crush after 1 yr. I think there is something wrong with this buff because he also witnessed incorrect number of people/rooms number before the crash
