Villagers may behave incorrectly under a specific condition.
If a tile contains a Lore Stone (for 2 villagers, maybe work with 1 villager stone) and a Healer's Hut, then if you order a healer from this tile to become a loremaster for a Lore Stone from the same tile, he will cancel the order and will not do it.
If you order a healer to become a regular villager with the help of a house, and then order him to become a loremaster, these orders will be carried out without problems.
I saw a similar problem with healers from the Boar clan.
