Hunter-related bonus in Bifrost

Currently the hunter related bonus seems to be treated like an default option even if there is no hunter lodge picked. This is causing useless bonus polluting the reward pool with items like increased hunter production or free hunter tool.
My personal guess is that this is due to the lynx lore allowing you to get deer being inside the mimirsbrunn and snake stolen knowledge reward pool, so it is somehow treated as default. Hopefully this could be changed so that you only get them to spawn when you actually have the knowledge picked.
