Snake Start Abilitry in Bifrost Doesnt Work

"Signy can use Scorched Earth on ally zones. They do not suffrer from Depleted Field malus"
When u pick second start ability in Bifrost, which allows you to burn your allies zones to get recources, its still doesnt work in game. It shows u how much recources u will gain from burning, but Signy just cant burn tile.

I was playing Bifrost with other players the other day. One of the players took the Snake clan with the bonus "You can cast 'Scorched Earth' on allied zones". However, according to him, he couldn't do it (the game didn't allow it).

I assume this is due to the recent balance change, when the Snake clan was banned from casting 'Scorched Earth' on their tiles.
