Bifrost missions with singular Town Hall have this bug where you have minuses on happiness for not upgrading the Town Hall even when its already been done. Same goes for houses, where you get the notification of people wanting better houses, you upgrade it and it doesnt go away and they keep affecting the game even though you have every house upgraded.

The singular Town Hall bug is not a bug, because you get a -0.3 debuff if your mate doesnt have the upgrade. The rat one for non-upgraded houses is a bug though, just had the same.
