[Campaign/Mechanic] The happiness gained does not work correctly with the old Trade Victory

While doing Rig's Saga 'Intervention' mission, I created a lighthouse in the harbor while playing as the Raven Clan. This gave me access to the old Trade Victory. The description says that doing it gives you happiness (and +1 from the Raven Clan bonus). However, after the release of the Trade Victory rework patch, the old trade victory no longer gives happiness.
This was verified with the Raven Clan 'Exotic Goods' lore, so I'm not sure if it's the lore itself or the old Trade Victory in general (with the 'Coinage' Lore).
