[Campaign/Cross of Vidar] Some missions have duplicate allied warlords

While playing the 'Cross of Vidar' campaign, during the missions 'Cantivic' (4) and 'Saint-Germain' (6), I got extra copies of the warlords at the beginning. In the 4th mission I had 6 Adhrimnirs, and in the 6th 2 Torfins.
Difficulty: Extreme.
Cutscene Skipping: On (I also skip all dialogue during gameplay).

Is that a bug? I thought that was intended. I kinda liked having a bunch of duplicate warchiefs.
