Being attacked by wildlife sometimes notifies a wrong player

I play custom games against bots with two friends.
Quite often when one of them is being attacked by a wolf, a fox, or a draugr, I receive their notification while they don't get any. The same way when I get attacked by a wildlife, I don't get any notifications, instead my friend gets it.
We see this happening almost every game
