Game crashes upon finalizing a mission in campaign

As soon as I complete mission 1 on any difficulty, the cat-scene ends, I am told that the scenario was won and I hit the "Continue" button, the game crashes.
Tried DirectX and OpenGL, different settings, lowering graphics, changing resolution, checking game files integrity - nothing helps.

Sharing necessary data:
1-Story, Rig's Saga campaign, 1 mission, but there are ppl that report the same issue for other missions
2-Windows 11Pro 23H2, OS build 22631.4751
3-both
4-reproducable, see above
5-attached a screenshot
6-didnt find
7-I have a save file but not sure where to upload it to

After I completed mission, game shows success screen with axe, shield and 'next' button. AFter pressing 'next', game just crash with "northgard.exe not responding". Also tried on english language, other difficulties, openGL/directX.

I completed chapter 1 and the game showed the victory sign, however I clicked next and the game promptly froze and forced me to quit. Even more frustrating the game didn't save my progress and now I have to do the scenario all over again. Please help!

Edit: I have now tried to complete the mission 3 times, twice more on DirectX and once on OpenGL. It freezes in exactly the same way each time. I don't know if I can even complete the story mission at this point.

After finishing chapter 4 of Cross of Vidar (Cantivit), the game reproducibly crashing immediately after clicking on "continue" to proceed to chapter 5. So I'm pretty much stuck in the middle of the campaign. Any idea?

Mode: Campaign Cross of Vidar
OS: Windows 11 Pro 24H2
Graphics: OpenGL
Reproducable: Yes, just click "continue" on the victory screen of chapter 4

I have played chapter four multiply of times now and the complete the chapter, click the continue button and then the whole game freezes and I have no choice but to force it close.

Story Mode - Rigs Saga - Jötunnheim - Version: 3.6.51.40992 - The game plays fine up to the clicking of the final 'complete' button after completing the level, then the game freezes. I have tried both DirectX and OpenGL. Tried with the Lore and Food as well as conquest. No matter what the game freezes after clicking the complete button the game freezes with a spinny wheel of death and you cannot continue to the next level. After at least 10 tries with various types of win, in case it was based on a load screen or dialog box, the level is uncompleted.

Hi, I'm playing a story mode for the first time, and the game freezes after each victory. When I double-click the game, a pop-up window ("Northgard.exe stopped working") appears asking me if I want to terminate the game or wait. If I click on "wait for a program response," the game eventually unfreezes (between 5-10 minutes). It makes it difficult to play, though, as the waiting time is quite long.

Hey, i played the chapter 3 in rig saga und when i finish the chapter (destroy the raven settlement) - ich get the "Sieg" -Screen and the game freezes and crashes.
I tried it already 4 times, evertime a new game, so i am sure its not an issue with a currupted save file.
I have windows 10, 64 bit version. Direct X.

I woul attach a save file - but yout ticket system only allows 1 attachement, and only pictures.

Just afterwards a "victory" condition in story mode, the game freezes and Windows finally popup asking if it should be closed as it isn't responding.

Hello! I've encountered the following problem: every time I win in the campaign, the game crashes and shuts down after the victory notification appears. This issue affects both old missions that I replay and new ones, preventing me from progressing through the storyline.

The game freezes after the chapter is over and i can not click on the victory button. Although a similar problem is claimed as fixed, I still suffer from it. I ran it both in OpenGL and DirectX.
