Raven's Relic ship doesn't work correctly at Frozen sea event Bifrost

There's description for Raven's relic that Kraken and Fozen sea event does not affect to Ship/Harbor, but its still affected for frozen sea event though. Sorry didn't give more detail. its Windows 10 OpenGL.
