Kitchen Nightmare bugged countdown for warchief respawn after his death

After taking tech for 50% countdown upon warchief revival (on bifrost), the countdown resets, stucks for a full minute and starts from beginning. And it looks like a wrong behaviour to me.
Steps to reproduce:
0. Playing as Ox Clan on bifrost (maybe happens with other clans, dunno), get Kitchen Nightmare
1. Warchief dies without tech, countdown for revival begins
2. Unlock the tech
3. Countdown stucks, probably until it counts to 100% on background, I guess
4. After some time it starts from beginning
