Me or a friend lags - moonwalking

During several duo conquests with different friends me or a friend often (at least once per game) have lag when we see all units animations but at their places. It looks like people moonwalking without actually moving. Lasts from several seconds to infinity (when after 6+ minutes we just shut down the game).
It is very annoying especially when games are not saved in the middle of it...
