Buying relation to complete the "Befriend Jotunn" objective prevents its completion

- In the Bifrost gamemode
steps:
1. Get turtle ring from forge
2. Buy relation with the Jotunns (notice how it doesn't increase relation as expected)
3. Reach 100 relation via trading means
4. Notice how the objective fails to check off (and initially it seemed to jump back to 92?)
5. Reach 100 relation again after it rolled back.
6. Notice how despite the game saying we've all befriended the Jotunns, the objective still doesn't check off
Because of this, the Jotunn objective never registered as complete, and we never gained the Jotunn champions as a bonus for future Bifrost sessions.

DOOMJotunn mission in Bifrost will sometimes not succeed even if they are befriended normally with scouts.
