Hippogriff clan Citadel tooltip is (also) wrong

The Citadel description is also wrong as it says it gives you +2 max warband and +1 capacity per camp.
In the English version of the game, the signature unit Varangian Guard is also recruited from a Varangian Guard Camp, specialized from the Sentry Camp.
Everyone reading this would assume it gives +1 capacity for Varangian Guard per VG Camp as well, but it doesn't and was replied to as intentional in the discord.
Please fix the misleading description to specify it doesn't increase Varangian Guard capacity
