Units getting stuck on ancient graveyard

Hi team,
noticed this is couple different conquest mission, playing with a friend.
One time it happened to a wolf, now in the mission frozen gates.
As you can see from the screenshot, the units are just getting stuck on that spot above the graveyard.
It is always on that same spot and always when they want to leave the area to attack another area.
They will also stay there and when attacked not fight back.
Since it is unit behaviour with this building i couldn't replicate it myself but it does only seem to happen to neutral units, not viking units.

The two times I saw it actively was in conquest with a friend, different missions (one frozen gate, other not sure anymore). We are both playing hippogriff on hardest difficulty in case that matters
