Bifrost (conquest) Bonus - 60% reduction in relic cost and forge time not working

Clan: Horse
Mode: Bifrost

Choosing the standard conquest bonus that reduces the cost and forge time of the relic reduces the cost correctly but the forge time is the same with or without the bonus (timed with stop watch).

Not sure if this happens in Bifrost for everyone, or Horse in Bifrost and Conquest, or everyone in Bifrost and Conquest as of yet, but for sure Horse in Bifrost has the bug.
