Not earning silver bars

My silver bars seem to be bugging out. I may have caused it somehow as i had a few thousand accumulated over the years and thought i might have had enough to by all the remaining assets but now i don't seem to be able to complete expeditions daily, or weekly as they auto complete and give me nothing. and all previous completed ones reset for a few minutes every time I launch the game.
I haven't played the clan of the bear recently.
