Hippogriff conquest and bifrost bugs and features

1. Game offer "happiness building upgrades for free" in conquest. Hippo cant upgrade taverns. But its "ok" for bifrost since u can use other buildings.
2. "Varangians weapons forge for free and twice as fast" can be offered. There is no such thing as "varangian weapon".
3. "+2 extra space in houses" bonus do nothing for Hippo.
4. "Hostelry", "Barroom" and "Reliquary" can be offered in bifrost for Hippo.
5. "Varangian camp" can be offered in bifrost in first map before Hippo hit 200 fame. Non-hippo clans can take camp but cant upgrade into it.
6. Varangian cost is not converted to faith when playing with lion with first "shared start-with" bonus.
7. "Handiwork" lore have no effect on foraging post (could be the same for lion and stoat)
