Queue bugging sometimes (Windows 11, DirectX)

sometimes queue is bugged, when game is found (in my case 3v3 ranked) when players are relocate to selecting clans room there is timer that should start possibility for picking clans... But sometimes this timer is just "0" and not moving - only way to play game is leave that queue by losing a few GP (or wait if someone else leaves...)
