Horse unplayable in Bifrost since the update - they can't build their special forge

Since the 22/09/2025 update, which changed Horse's early game, their Forge is no longer buildable in Bifrost. It's simply not listed in the build menu, nor is Forge a selectable building when starting a run.

MIf someone else selects a forge and builds it for them, Horse cannot send either warchief or villagers to the forge.
