[Minor] Shieldbearer camps cannot appear as a reward in Bifrost due to wrong weight assignment

Shieldbearer camps have their weight assigned using "bifrostClanSelectionWeight" instead of "bifrostSelectionWeight", which makes them impossible to see in end-of-year rewards. To fix this, just use "bifrostSelectionWeight" instead.
