[Valhalla] Wood bonus healing increase doesn't work on rat shamans

I set the healing to +1000% to test this and found that Healer's Hut healers instantly healed villagers, but rat's Shamans were healing at a rate indistinguishable from the usual. In the screenshot, the shaman should have +1000% healing, but is barely healing the two merchants in the tile with him. There are no other units in the tile.
