[Valhalla] Stone bonus influencing the wrong thing on display

When obtaining the Valhalla stone bonus, the town hall upgrade displays something funky - increasing population by 2.5 (+25%) and pop growth by 20% (unchanged). It seems to be affecting the wrong part of the upgrade.
