"New treasures" popup problems

1. After definitive update "Congratulations! You unlocked new treasures!" popup appears before game is even loaded title screen UI (at the same time as Shiro Games logo).
2. Same popup appears every game launch even after visiting "Treasures" tab.
Both are still reproducable in v4.0.2.43046
