infinite loading cycle

sometimes when playing conquest, you pick a mission and it will just infinitely load and cycle through icy lakes mountain terrain and never finish. once, by restarting my whole pc i managed to get it to load once, but the turtle one, ive tried restarting the game restarting the pc and can't get it to load.
