Cross of Vidar Chapter 1 No Cutscene

In Story Mode Cross of Vidar Chapter 1 you should get a cutscene when you reach the bridge of Bifrost but somehow it does not happen in my game. I tried to restart the same chapter many times in both difficulties, but it just doesn't work.
