game freezing and crushing

this pathetic game can't even run a main menu without lags. directx or opengl, no matter, its just cant operate on 5070ti and Ryzen 7 7800X3D
its lagging on rus and eng languages (others not tested) impossible to use with freezing every 3 seconds. and as soon as you press multiplayer it's just crashing. nice one.
