Yggdrasil tile still not spawning on Race to Yggdrasil mission

I know this has already been posted, but that post is marked as "fixed" and the bug is not fixed. It is as described in previous posts. Race to Yggdrasil mission in the Dragon Clan Solo conquest(in my example) takes place in a biome with dead trees and red water surrounding the island. I have tried 4 times now and Yggdrasil never spawns.
