Owl Skuld blessing with Legions

1500 exp legions bonus gives additional stats with Skuld blessing. So:
1 upgraded barrack gives +0,5 attack, with Skuld blessing is +1, but with 1500 legions it is becoming +1,5. Somehow legions shared bonuses also doubled and assigned to the unit.
Works with any barracks and 1 upgraded barrack summary gives x3 stats for the entire army. Totally unfair and broken
