Dwarfs have no more [stone/iron] to share notification keeps coming up over and over

When the Dwarfs are out of something to share, the notification keeps coming up over and over for the rest of the game (and with the sound that usually means something bad is happening!)
This happened to me multiple times.
I have the latest version (3.2.22.34491), and this is with the clan of the Stoats
