Dwarfs have no more [stone/iron] to share notification keeps coming up over and over
When the Dwarfs are out of something to share, the notification keeps coming up over and over for the rest of the game (and with the sound that usually means ...
You are able to trade with unscouted dwarves if you anger them (by colonizing next to them)
This 'trading' doesn't lose you any resources or give you bonus gold but it does give relations and whatever other extra resources you'd get (lore on kraken for example).
